Part Marking Cart

Part marking system was designed specifically for aerospace product identification. The system can mark parts as small as fasteners to as large as wing spars from the same platform. The working part of the system couples with our Hitachi inkjet printer is to our AS-1000H Handheld transport device.

The new Hitachi UX2 printer combines innovation with the reliability customers have come to expect from Hitachi. It has several new features to enhance the coding process.

Traverse Handheld

part marking offers the flexibility of quick data changes when marking a variety of products in small lots. However, for an inkjet printer to work either the part or the print head must move. The AS1000H functions as a transporter to move an inkjet print head past a product at a fixed speed while applying the part mark .
