Designed specifically for the aerospace and automotive industry for product identification. The system can mark parts as small as fasteners to as large as wing spars from the same platform. The working part of the system couples with the Hitachi UX2 inkjet printer and a traverse handheld for the ability to move the printhead. The printhead does not touch the product which allows the mark to conform to rough or contoured surfaces. For additional protection, we 3D print specialized printhead covers making this system suitable for harsh environments. Our system uses WPS's PartMark Pro Software for an efficient and smooth part marking process.
